She was born in Jacksonville, Ill., and had lived in Kansas City 61 years. She was a member of the Linwood Methodist church 60 years. She was a member of P. E. O. 60 years. She leaves a daughter, Miss Sarah C. Bower of the home, and a step-daughter, Mrs. Margaret Barnes, also of the home. Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Thursday at the Newcomer chapel in North Kansas City. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert B. Bower, Richard C. Bower, Frank E. Barnes, Harry C. Barnes, Kenneth E. Johnson, and James D. Peeler.
