Chester, Sept. 18---Funeral services of James Madison Kirkpatrick, 65, who died Saturday from pneumonia at the home of his brother, Davis Kirkpatrick, at Richburg will be held from the Richburg Methodist church Sunday morning at 11 o'clock, the pastor, the Rev. J. T. Frazer, in charge of the services. Interment was in the Union Associated Reformed Presbyterian church graveyard at Richburg. Mr. Kirkpatrick was the son of the late George W. and Sarah Sealy Kirkpatrick, He was a native of Chester county. He had not been well for some time and pneumonia developed two days ago. He was a member of the Methodist church at Richburg and had engaged in farming most of his life. Mr. Kirkpatrick was never married. He is survived by the following brothers and sister. David Kirkpatrick and Will Kirkpatrick, both of Richburg, J. H. Kirkpatrick of Fort Lawn and Mrs. John D. Sanders of Chester.
