On the 1930 U. S. Census of Green Valley, Marathon Co., Wisconsin, William Brandt appears with his wife Daisy and children Sirbella, Archie, Della, and Kenneth.
Obituary from the Marshfield News Herald, April 15, 1963: William Brandt. Stratford--Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sauter Funeral Home for William Brandt, 80, town of Green Valley, who died Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Bethel Convalescent Home. He had been a patient there for the past two years. The Rev. A. George Schmid will officiate and burial will be made in the Greenwood cemetery at Auburndale. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning this evening. Mr. Brandt was born May 4, 1882, in the town of Day. He married Miss Daisy Babcock April 19, 1913, in the town of Auburndale. She died in 1957. He was a farmer and spent his entire life in the towns of Day and Green Valley. He also was supervisor and health officer in the town of Green Valley for many years. Surviving are two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Serbella Rutkowski, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Della Hafenbredl, town of Green Valley; Archie Brandt, Memphis, Tenn.; and Kenneth Brandt, town of Green Valley. Another son preceded him in death. There are 13 grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister surviving are Court Brandt, Hefford Junction; Edward Brandt, Grand Pass, Ore.; and Mrs. George Zimmerman, Muskegon, Mich. Two sisters and four brothers preceded him in death.
