On the 1920 Census, taken at Mifflin Township, Iowa County, Wisconsin, the children are listed as; Marie M., age 17; Harold E., age 16; Donald R., age 15; Gerald M., age 13; Renice L., age 12; Genevieve L., age 7; and Helen D., age 1. Missing was the child "Isczidal" who should have been age 9, almost 10, and who is presumed to have died as an infant.
On the 1930 U. S. Census of Platteville, Grant Co., Wisconsin, Chaney Ballard is listed instead of Chauncey Bellard. His wife is Della and his son Maynard age 17 are in the household.
