Farragut, Feb. 18---Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Pierson were held Friday from the Locust Grove church. burial will be beside her husband in Oakridge cemetery at Springfield, Ill. Mrs. Pierson was one of the pioneers of Fremont county, having lived in Locust Grove Township more than sixty years. She was 87 years old and died at the homestead where she had lived many years.
