Warren Hiram McNeal

Warren Hiram McNeal, died Wednesday, March 4 at the Gothenburg Memorial Hospital. Services for McNeal, 79, were conducted Saturday, March 7, at the McVay Memorial Chapel with Pastor Lloyd Hallock officiating. Music was provided by Clifford and Doris Geiken. Casket bearers were Mark McNeal, Rick McNeal, Scott McNeal, Steven seek, Todd Seek and Mitchell Seek. Interment was in the Grandview Cemetery.
Warren McNeal was born March 26, 1907, to Isaac and Effie (Ristine) McNeal at Beloit, WI. He was married to Ruth Love in 1930 at Cozad. He grew up north of Brady and farmed near Gothenburg for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ruth, of Gothenburg; two sons, Harvey of Clarks and Ronald of Omaha, one daughter, Marjorie (Mrs. Melvin) Seek of Fort Collins, CO; one brother, LeRoy, of Scottsbluff; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and four sisters. Memorials may be made to the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
