She was born February 8, 1931 at Beaver City. She was the daughter of Alin William James Cass and Cecile Lottie Clason Cass.
She graduated from Beaver City High School in 1948 and was married December 24, 1989 [1949] at Beaver City to Warren Lush. They lived in Holdrege until 1958 at which tie they moved to their farm southwest of Beaver City.
Survivors include her husband Warren of Beaver City; her mother Cecile Cass of Beaver City; one son, the Reverend Mitch Lush of Cothesville, PA; four daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Nita) Phillips of Beaver City, Mrs. Randy (Joni) Bushnell of York; Mrs. Michael (Sherri) Albertson of Warsaw, IN and Mrs. Robin (Melanie) McCoy of Phoenix, AZ; three brothers, Alfred Cass, Dean Cass and Bob Cass, all of Beaver City; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Brethren Church with the Rev. Mitch Lush and the Rev. Gilbert Hawkins officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Beaver City. Wenburg Funeral Home of Beaver City is in charge of arrangements.
