Ashe Sr. of 770 West Martintown Road was conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, at Fairview Presbyterian Church with Dr. Robert F. Fuller and Dr. G. Daniel McCall officiating. Burial with military honors followed in Pineview Memorial Park. Mr. Ashe, 81, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, at Select Specialty Hospital in Augusta, Ga. He was born May 6, 1928, and was a graduate of Lewisville High School. Survivors include a brother, F. Marion Ashe of Greenville; and four sons, Kirk Ashe, Kirby Ashe and Bryan Ashe, all of North Augusta, and Charles Ashe of Edgefield. Rowland Funeral Home, 637 West Martintown Road, North Augusta, was in charge of arrangements.
