Thomas Wallace Kirkpatrick was born 30 November 1875 in Wayne County, Missouri and died 28 October 1904 in St. Louis, St. Louis Co., Missouri as a result of a natural gas accident. The gas-light flame had blown out and the gas continued to fill the room, killing Thomas.
On 26 May 1893, Thomas married Nora Jane Clark in Wayne County, Missouri. There were five (5) children born of the marriage. After Thomas' death, Nora married second to William Berry.
