Moved to Williamson Co., TN, with brother Gersdhom and three sisters, one of whom was Margaret, in 1795, and then to "Blue Grass Region" in 1797; purchased land from John Coffee in Williamson Co., TN, in 1802; sold 100 acres of land in Montgomery Co., TN to Thomas Moore and said to have removed to MO where he died 28 Aug 1856 at age 81 at St. Genevieve Co., MO per obituary in Missouri Gazette and REpublican newspapers which say he was born in NC, moved from TN to MO in 1816, and was a Baptist for over 50 years (MO Republican 5 Sep 1856). The name of his wife or wives in not known nor the names of children except had a daughter Margaret.

Of some probable connection to Noah Hutn is one Squire (name) Hunt who m. Sidney Cooper (female) 17 Mar ch 1818 in Williamson Co., TN and was in Williamson Co., in 1820, Davidson Co., in 1830 and Giles Co., TN in 1850. Also George Hunt who m. Terressa Cooper 9 May 1818 in Williamson Co., TN. The Coopers may be related to the Stanlley Cooper who m. Agnes Hunt, dau. of Noah's brother Enoch. the parents of Squire and George Hunt have not yet been determined.
