Married to a farmer at Barton Ontario 1904
June 27, 1904
We are at my niece Jemina's, this at a farm, they call on the mountain, I think it is about 500 feet above Hamilton. It is lovely air, we really slept last night in cool conditions. We are going to see Mrs. Salmon today, they are going to drive us up in what they call a Rig, it is a four wheel light waggon. Yesterday afternoon they drove us around the mountain, we had a lovely view of Hamilton under our feet and Lake Ontario.
