! Levi Nehemiah Harmon was a Mormon Pioneer. He died at age 45. He was a Veteran of the Walker Indian War.
!LEVI NEHEMIAH HARMON, RHT'S great-grandfather, was born 22 Jun 1829, at Elk Creek, Erie, Pennsylvania. Levi married EUNICE CHIDESTER in Aug 1854 @ SLC. Levi was baptized 11 Jun 1855. Both Levi and Eunice had crossed the plains as teenagers. Levi's father, Oliver Harmon, died and was buried in Nauvoo. Both of Levi's grandfathers had fought in the Revolutionary War. After his father had died his mother, SARAH HARMON HARMON remarried and crossed the plains in 1847, and she also died in the valley. Levi died 25 Dec 1875, at age 46, and was buried at Washington, Washington, Utah. His middle name has been left off his fairly new flat tombstone.
