According to the paper files I have on my Ashley research, there was an Augustus F. Cave that was the son of Julia Ann Ashley (b. Nov 29, 1831 d. Feb 9, 1906) & William L. Cave (b. Feb. 1821 d. April 19, 1887 & was the son of Frances Ann Parker & Tarleton Cave.) This Augustus F. Cave (b. April 6, 1852 married Ella Easterling (dau. of Lucy Kennedy & Henry H. Easterling.Augustus & Ella's children were: Ernest Claude Cave, Nora Cave, Ida Cave, Johnnie Cave, Lula Cave, & Laurin Augustus Cave.
