Priscilla "Celia" McCutcheon was the daughter of Ezekiel Norris McCutcheon and Nancy Melvina Hale. She was first married to Enos H. Payne on 1866 in Newton County, Arkansas. They had one child, Clara Cordelia "Delia" Payne, who married William Riley Drewry. Clara and William are also buried in Witts Springs Cemetery. After the death of Enos Payne, she remarried to Henry Lewis Ruff as his fourth wife on December 29, 1870 in Newton County, Arkansas. They had one child, George Perry Ruff.
