WILMER NORMAN RYDER

(30 Apr 1913 - 8 Aug 1988)

He never married. Violet Parlee writes, "He worked with his father and brothers on the family farm until joining the Canadian Armed Forces during the Second World War. Following his discharge in 1946, he was employed in the lumbering industry. He lived at Plumweseep, three miles out of Sussex, until he became ill and was unable to live alone. He then sold his little house and went to live with his nephew Leland Beach at Cody's NB, and lived there until his death."
