This "Samuel" also helped to confuse these early "Samuels". In the will of Samuel Rider, son John, is the clause; "Ebenezer Ryder, of Yarmouth, administrator of the estate of Samuel Ryder, your deceased brother." Samuel d.y.1702:Ag14. His property was divided between his brothers and sisters. (Rider, Nellie; Mayflower:11:54)]
