Obituary: "With sad and heavy hearts we announce the death of Elmer Ch ristenber ry, eldest son of William H and Schrilda Jane...he fell asle ep in Christ April 20, 1913 age 26 years, 11 months and 2 days. He wa s taken away at an early age . The angel came to take the young lif e from us, as our loss is His gain. Elm er never grew weary of his li fe as it was. He left to his brother, sister, fat her and mother assu rance that he was not afraid to meet his God. He said 'All is well' . Two brothers are gone before where Elmer will meet them on the stre e ts of Gold. His body was laid to rest at Garrard Chapel Tuesday, Ap ril 22 at 11 o'clock. The funeral service was conducted by Reverend F ox."
