Dear Agnes and August and Familey
Received your letter Sat and was sure glad to hear from you and that you are all feeling fine Jackie and Myself are feeling fine but Hilda has ben feeling tough the last couple of days but is better today a stomach flew.
In regards to Mother trying to get own the pension We sent a statement the may she asked us to do.
She knows that any one of us would help all one could. She figures that she is intitled to it Mother has not changed she is pretty indepindent and if she want to get it I am not going to say now. We sure have had lots of rain have got a lot of cultervating to do yet figure on starting to cut Rye this afternoon Cris Shedced started to work for us this morning and will stay all fall. The Barley sure is good but went down bad will be ready to cut in about two days have 100 of small grain a little over 80 acre in corn and 30 acers in cane the corn sure looks fine. The pasture sure are grate, have got 45 pigs just ready to wean from six sows, We have not meny potatoes the sure look grat vines high, Mother sure likes Florida but as making it her home she would not want to they may she feels now. She might change her mind later but that up to her Jackie has a box and is sitting in it and the horse that you sent out in front and a rope to the horse and is going to the field, he sure is in to everything, _______________ working on the binder and it is just about mail time so will close for this time
