Individual Details
Gladys Nora Walter
(March 11, 1898 - 1978)
Gladys was a wonderful seamstress, pianist and cook. She shared all these things with her friends, besides her family. At times she clerked in stores and also played the piano in the theater, next door. She also took in roomers and borders for 2 years.
All the Walter family became 7th Day Adventists about 1917. Before that they were 7th Day Baptists. Also Frank & Gladys Weisner became 7th Day Adventists about 1916. Frank stayed an Adventist until 1927 and then fell away from it, but always said he wanted his children raised Adventists because he believed this was the truth.
Gladys died of a stroke January 1988 at nearly 80 years of age.
