Victor Stein
Victor Stein was born April 20th, 1922, in Cold Spring to Frederick and Barbara (Muggli) Stein. He married Delephine Neierenhausen on May 2, 1943 at St. Boniface Church, Cold Spring. He began working in the banking industry in 1940 and retired as co-owner and vice president of First Nat'l Bank of Cold Spring and Rockville in 1990. He served in the Army Signal Corps during WW II. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church, Cold Spring. He was Cold Spring Village Clerk for four years, was on the Cold Spring Planning Commission from 1965 to 1985 and was Chairman. He was on the Board of Directors of the Assumption Nursing Home, Cold Spring, a member of Frank Kray American Legion Post 455 of Cold Spring and VFW. He was founding member of Rich Spring Golf Course. He was an announcer for Cold Spring Springers Baseball. He was a member of Stearns County Historical Society, Catholic Order of Foresters, Cold Spring Sportsman's Club and Knights of Columbus.

Benjamin, OSB, Collegeville; Agnes Bell, Julia, Frederick and Joseph, Cold Spring; Philomene DiGiacomo, Staten Island, New York; Six grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Agnes Muggli; son Dale, 1985; brothers Albert, Litigious "Veach", Daniel, Roger and Timothy; sister, Laura; infant sister, Barbara and stepbrother, Anton.
