Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2004, at St. Martin Catholic Church in St. Martin for Delphine "Della" Feldewerd, age 62, who died Tuesday at the Albany Area Hospital. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday and from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Martin Parish Center, St. Martin. St. Anne's Christian Women will pray a rosary at 7:30 p.m. followed by parish prayers at 8 p.m. Arrangements with the Wenner Funeral Home in Richmond.
Della was born in St. Martin Township to John and Theresa (Blonigen) Arceneau. She married John Feldewerd on January 8, 1963, in St. Martin. She was a homemaker and farmer all her life. She also enjoyed fishing for bass and northern every chance she had. Della was a member of St. Martin Parish, St. Benedict Society, Sacred Heart of Mary Mission Group, St. Anne's Christian Women and the St. Martin Resurrection Choir.
Survivors include her husband, John; son, Bob; grandson, Mike; and brothers and sisters, Margaret Hellman of Melrose, Jenny Blommel of Dassel, Al Arceneau of St. Martin, Anna Mae Schneider of Meier Grove, Bernard Arceneau of Elrosa and Elmer Arceneau of St. Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers and sisters, Hildegard Lemke, Edwin Arceneau, Norbert Arceneau, Clarence Arceneau, Dorothy Wenker and Betty Herzog.
