Funeral services will be on Friday, July 12, at 10:30 AM at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Mary Jane Krippner, age 67, of 223-14th Ave. No., St. Cloud, who entered eternal life on Tuesday at the Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids. Rev. Marvin Enneking will officiate. Entombment will be in Assumption Mausoleum.
Friends and family may call on Thursday between 4-9 PM at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. St. John Cantius Rosary Sodality will pray at 6:30 PM followed by the Parish Prayers at 7 PM. Funeral arrangements are being made with the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Mary Jane was born August 20, 1934 in St. Cloud to Louis and Frances (Huschle) Sand. She married Marvin Krippner on May 29, 1956 at St. Mary's Cathedral. She has been a resident of St. Cloud all of her life. She was employed as a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell in her early years. She was a member of St. John Cantius Catholic Church and Rosary Sodality.
Survivors include: her husband, Marvin, children: Chuck Krippner (Sue), St. Joseph: Rick Krippner, Plymouth: Dale Krippner, Cold Spring: Ken Krippner (Theresa), Otsego: Jane Gilmer (Scott), Braham: Kathy Bissett (Todd), St. Cloud: Karl Krippner (Carol), Kimball: Ed Krippner, St. Joseph, fifteen grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Eva Ethen, St. Paul: Del Sand, St. Cloud: Allan Sand, Sartell: Myron Sand, Alexandria: Rose Ann Bjorklund, Sauk Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sisters, Genevieve Sand, Cletus Sand, Lucille Thueringer, and Colette Ruprecht. Pallbearers will be her sons. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
