Last Will and Testament of Sara B. Underwood
I, Sara B. Underwood of Sheridan, in Hamilton in the State of Indiana, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1st: It is my will that all of my just debts be paid.
Item 2nd:
After the payment of all of my just debts, I give and devise to my daughter Laura B. Owen, and my son Elmer E. Underwood, share and share alike, all of my estate Real and Personal, including money, rights, credits and choses in action, that I may possess at the time of my death. Within and without the State, especially in the States of Indiana and Ohio no matter where located to include all interest that I have at the time of my death as legatee or heir at Law in the Estates of William L. Strattan and Bathsheba B. Strattan, deceased, late of the State of Ohio.
Item 3rd: For the reason that my sons William E. Underwood and Charles A. Underwood and my daughter Mary F. Foulke have had set off to them and have the present use of twenty acres of land each in which I held a life estate while my children said Laura B. and Elmer E. do not take the possession of any land by conveyance from me until my death except about one acre to Laura and the promise of about one acre to my son Elmer E. and for the further reason that my said daughter Laura and son Elmer E. have been more kind to me and done more for me. I therefore leave nothing whatever to my sons Charles A. Underwood or William E. Underwood or my daughter Mary F. Foulk

I do hereby nominate and appoint Robert C. Kincaid executor of this my last [Page 393] will and testament.
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
In testimony hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of November, 1897.

Horse Ran Away.The Misses Foulke, daughters of George Foulke, who lives near Baker's Corner, started to Noblesville, Monday morning in a buggy. When they reached the foot of Federal Hill, just west of the river, the horse they were driving got scared at something and ran way, overturning the buggy and throwing the young ladies to the ground, but, fortunately, without seriously injuring either, they escaping with a few slight bruises. The frightened animal ran to the bridge, dragging the vehicle on its side, where it was stopped.

BIG SALE OF ROBERT ROSSWill Occur on George Foulke Farm, West of Cicero, Wednesday, Feb. 10th Robert E. Ross, who has been living on the George Foulke far, five miles west of Cicero, for several years, will have a large sale of horses, cattle, hogs and farming implements on the farm on Wednesday, Feb. 10th. There are fifteen head of horses to be sold, including several fine Normans, as well as other good stock. The twenty-seven head of cattle include one three-year-old cow to be fresh soon, some yearling heifers, bulls and 22 head of extra good feeding steers ready for the market. One hundred and three head of hogs are to be sold. This list includes some extra good brood sows to farrow soon, part registered and about 81 head of good feeding shoats. A large number of farming implements will also be sod. The sale will be held under a tent and the W. C. T. U. ladies of the Boxleytown Christian church will furnish dinner.
This will be one of the largest sales that has been held in that neighborhood in a long time.
