Hanson do solemnly swear that Abraham Klinger is over the age of twenty one years, that Julia Ann Heckert is over the age eighteen years a resident of Crawford County Ohio, and not nearer of kin to said Klinger than first cousin that she has no husband, and he (Klinger) not any wife at present existing. And that to the best of my knowledge and belief there is no legal impediment to the intermarriage of said parties.
