Frank Mower was enumerated in the household of Orin Mower as his son, a 3 year old male, single, his birthplace listed as Minnesota, her father's as Maine and her mothers as New York.Residence
According to the Statistical Record of the Hospital, Frank came to visit his mother who had been recently committed and became so confused that he was admitted suffering from acute mania with worry over his mother as the alleged cause. He admitted confusion but did not seem able to straighten things out in his mind. The opinion of the Superintendent at the time of his admission was that Frank's mental state was "shown in delusions and confusion of mind."Residence
Frank was re-admitted a second time suffering from acute mania. His condition was about the same as during his first commitment. The opinion of the Superintendent at admission states he "mentally is confused and silly." He remained a patient until his death on 31 December 1931.Endnotes
