Mrs. Jennie G. Clark, 83, died Tuesday afternoon at a local hospital after a long illness. She was born in Moncton, Canada, the daughter of George and Jennie (Thompson) Terrill. She cam to Monticello at an early age. Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Bertha R. Bridgham, Bangor; a sister, Mrs. Emma F. Smith, Houlton; three grandsons, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Clark was a Baptist all her life. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Clark-Mitchell funeral home, 150 Union Street. Friends may call at the funeral home.Funeral Notice
Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Clark were held Saturday afternoon at the Clark-Mitchell Funeral Home, 150 Union Street, with the Rev. Alger W. Geary, pastor of the Columbia Street Baptist Church, officiating. Mrs. Joseph Dinsmore, Jr., was soloist. Bearers were George and Darrell Bridgham, Merle Bragg, Myles and Harold Smith and Chester Adams. The interment was in Stillwater Cemetery, Old Town, with committal services conducted by Mr. Geary.Endnotes
