Nora, second daughter of William and Nellie Stroud Cable, was born in Pleasant Grove, Iowa. In 1912 she married Ozro Tosh in Wyandotte County, Kansas. They had 2 daughters. Nora visited her dad in Pleasnat Grove and attended his funeral there in 1926.
