Phebe was born in Kent, England, the youngest daughter of George, mom was unknown, now research shows her mom as Joann Wallys. Phebe married first James Waters, was a widow by 1617 then married by 1618 to William Plaise. William Plaises son from first marriage and Phebes daughter from first marriage also married, the whole family arrived in Salem Massachusetts around 1637.
