Although it is clear that the Washington Death Certificate confirms this Sarah as daughter of French [Robert French] and May Goon [Sarah Magoon] it is unclear where Gandy or Candy originated other than someone misinterpreted her married surname Manley. FindAGrave Memorial #111796540.
