Obit
The following obit appeared in the August 10, 2012 Cleveland Jewish Press:"Edna Phyllis Kutler (nee Kaminski), the first female office manager in the country for Snap-On Tools died July 30 at age 87. Mrs. Kutler was a full-time office manager for various companies before retiring at 75. An active member of Community Temple, now B'nai Jeshurun Congregation, she was involved in the PTA at her children's schools. Mrs. Kutler and others in her generation, along with their children, organized the Kaminsky family club. The group had monthly meetings where they took minutes and worked on social action projects. The dues they collected were used for family events and charitable donations. A Cleveland native, Mrs. Kutler wanted to attend college after graduation from John Hay High School, but her father; like many at that time: believed formal education past high school wasn't necessary for girls. In her youth, she enjoyed riding horses, an interest she passed on to her granddaughter. Mrs. Kutler was predeceased by her husband, Marvin. She is survived by her son Edward (Nancy) of Columbia, Md., daughter Jocelyn (David) Eskenazi; and five grandchildren. Contributions may be made to the Smiling Forever Foundation, 12 Longmeadow Lane, Cleveland, OH 44122."
