The index to his Naturalization papers gives February 23, 1913, as his date of birth. Charles Cohen's (his father) Declaration of Intention gives March 23, 1913 as date of birth.

Immigration

Moszek Kra arrived (along with Estera Kra) at Ellis Island on June 5, 1921 aboard the SS Lapland which sailed from Antwerp, Belgium on May 26th 1921. He was 9 years old; his last permanent residence was Puttusk, Poland and his nearest relative in Poland was his aunt Ch. Segat of Puttusk. His final destination was Chicago. He was going to join his father Sam Goldstein at 2149 W. Division St. Chicago, ILL. (a fictitious name since his actual father was Charles Cohen ). He had black hair and brown eyes. His place of birth was Zabick, Poland.
