On 25 July 1804, StephenButterfield of Stockbridge, in consideration of $450, conveyed this property toEphraim Butterfield of Stockbridge. Ephraim sold this property to Nuss Butterfieldon 13 November 1805 for four hundred dollars, noting it was still undermortgage.
