Probate
Sarah Spofford of Lisbon did not leave a will and her estate entered probate on 4 November 1839 with John Goulder of Lewiston as administrator. Inventory was made by Jotham Day, Benjamin Sanborn, and Appolis Miller. Real estate was 35 acres valued at $425 and personal estate was $232.59.1Sarah has a probate in Lincoln County Maine administered by John Goulder of Lewiston – there is only the administration form on Ancestry and of course the records are not indexed on familysearch

Is in 48:523 – inventory – one of those doing the inventory is Jotham Day – she has a little real estate so maybe there is a deed – don’t see a deed for settling the estate
