On 15 November 1879, the heirs-at-law of Lois Emerson or Jacob Emerson or the heirs-at-law of Isaiah Woodbury, in consideration of one dollar, quitclaimed their interest in a property in Pelham to Jacob Emerson of Methuen. On the same date Jacob Emerson and his wife Josephine executed a quitclaim to James O. Titcomb for a property in Pelham with a dwelling house. The other named heirs were James O. Emerson, Frank E. White, Willie A. White, Charles P. Titcomb, Isaiah Woodbury, William Titcomb, Milton E. Titcomb, Eudora Titcomb, Martha Jackman and her husband Noah Jackman, John Woodbury, Isaiah W. Titcomb, and Eugene Titcomb.1
