On 5 March 1804, Samuel Barker yeoman of Peterborough with his wife Abigail, in consideration of six hundred dollars, conveyed to Benjamin Barker of Peterborough (likely his brother) a tract of land in Peterborough with half the buildings. The deed was witnessed by James Barker and Stephen Barker.1
