On 27 March 1799, Samuel Barker of Peterborough purchased from Daniel Barker and his wife Sarah of Peterborough (likely his father Daniel and his second wife Sarah) a tract of land in Peterborough with half the buildings for payment of six hundred dollars.49:469

On 5 March 1804, Samuel Barker yeoman of Peterborough with his wife Abigail, in consideration of six hundred dollars, conveyed to Benjamin Barker of Peterborough (likely his brother) a tract of land in Peterborough with half the buildings. The deed was witnessed by James Barker and Stephen Barker.1
