Probate
In his will written 4 April 1804 (probate 7 May 1804), Ephraim Peabody bequeathed to beloved wife Bettey all the household goods and the use and improvement of one-third of the real estate and buildings while she is a widow. Beloved daughter Hephzibah Graham wife of Alexander Graham, Jr. receives a suit of mourning to the value of twenty dollars. Son John Peabody receives two hundred dollars. Sons John and Ephraim receive all the estate, real and personal, not otherwise disposed of. Real estate of 83 acres with buildings was valued at $1,800 and personal estate valued at $364.23.1Probate with will
