Deed 135:240 – three in a row – first in 1730 John Barker son of Stephen while still a minor gets land from Ebenezer (who would be his uncle – there are then deeds related to a John and Stephen and a John and John, Jr. related to this same property – the Stephen and John are in 1765 so that is probably the two sons in the family – the John to John Jr. is in 1770 so that would be the son John in this family to his son John

On 23 June 1719, Stephen Barker yeoman of Haverhill, in consideration of love, good will, and affection, conveyed to his son Stephen Barker. Jr. cordwainer of Chelmsford a tract of land in Haverhill on the north side of the Merrimack River containing four-score acres.
