Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lomnes went to St. Paul on Thursday to attend the funeral of Lars Lomnes who died on Sunday morning, aged seventy-two years. Mr. and Mrs. Ingmar Kvarnes also left for St. Paul this week to attend the burial of Mr. Lomnes, who was a brother of Mrs. Kvarnes. Mr. Lomnes was a long time resident of Hudson, where his family all grew up to young manhood and young womanhood and attended school. Mr. Lomnes resided with his daughter, Mrs. Mary Twaitley, and only a few weeks ago visited friends and relatives here.
