Mrs. Walter V. McCarthy of Hudson, died Friday in St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Paul.
Mrs. McCarthy was born Etta Hoyer, the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. N. C. Hoyer, Stillwater. She was united in marriage May 11, 1912 to Walter V. McCarthy....her mother passed away last March, a sister following her in death 3 weeks later. Mr. McCarthy died January 29. Mrs. McCarthy is survived by her father, N. C. Hoyer, 2 sisters, Mrs. Ray Hughes and Mrs. Grant McDowell and a brother, Alfred Hoyer, all of Hudson.
Funeral services were held Saturday from the home with interment in the Hudson cemetery beside her husband.
