The 1880 Federal Census lists Robert Karras with a son "Vinsens", age 2; the
1900 Federal Census listed Karras with a son "Albert", age 22, in his Robert
household.

Albert Karras, aged forty-seven years, passed away at his home after an illness of fifteen years. Burial took place Wednesday from the Catholic Church.

Albert Karras, aged forth-seven years, died at his home east of Hudson Oct. 18, after an illness of about fifteen years, the last of which he was constantly confined to his bed. The Funeral took place at St. Patrick's church on Wednesday morning of last week, Rev. Father P. Rice officiating.
He was born in the town of Hudson and was a constant resident there. He is survived by two brothers, Joseph and William, and three sisters, Miss Lena Karras, Mrs. Louis Larson and Mrs. J. A. Casanova.
