Lawrence J. (Sparkey) Krattley, 70, of 1721 Walnut Ave., died Nov. 22 at his home.
Mr. Krattley was born on Nov. 9, 1904 in Everett, Wash., and has resided here all his life. He was a Charter member, Past President, Past Secreatry, Past International Executive Board member, Past member of the Puget Sound Council of the Everett Local of the International Longshoremans Union. He was a member of the FOE Aerie No. 13 and also Normanna Lodge No. 3.
He leaves a step-daughter, Mrs. Carl (Carlys) Sorenson of Everett; a sister, Mrs. Martina (Tina) Pearson of Everett; two grandchildren; two nieces, Mrs. Berlene Clark and Mrs. Lee (Pat) Howell, both of Everett; also a very close friend, Mrs. Alene Green of Everett.
Funeral services will conducted in the Chapel of the Cassidy Funeral Home Tuesday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Cypress Lawn Cemetery.
Casketbearers: Andrew Granberg, Mel Kirkhus, Ivan Stevens, and Gerald Wilson.
Memorials: Children Orthopedic Hospital, Seattle, or a favorite charity,
Arrangements are under the direction of the Cassidy Funeral Home.

Certificate No. 52325.The names are printed and clearly signed on the certificate. Everett City Directories contain listings for a Mrs. Fern I. Thompson both before and after the 1951 marriage date. There are City Directory listings for Laurence Krattley and Mrs. Opal M. Krattley after the 1951 date; prior to 1951 Laurence is listed without a spouse.
