Opal M. Krattley, 69, of 1721 Walnut St., died Dec. 4 in a local hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Krattley was born on Jan. 27, 1902 in Troy Mills, Iowa, and has resided in the Everett area for the past 42 years.
She was a member of the Culinary Workers and Bartenders Local 451 of Everett and the Longshoremen's Auxiliary.
She leaves her husband, Laurence (Sparky), at home; one daughter, Mrs. Carl (Carlys) Sorenson of 4918 Forrest Drive; one brother, Clayton C. Thompson of 1720 Walnut St., three sisters, Mrs. Maude Collins of 2509 Baker St. and Mrs. William (Jean) Rossnagle both of Everett, and Mrs. Beulah Laird in Iowa; also two grandchildren, Sandy Lane and Diane Lee, both of Everett.
Recitation of the rosary will be Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the chapel of the Cassidy Funeral Home with Father John Collins officiating.
Christian Wake Services will be conducted Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the Cassidy Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Cypress Lawn Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Clayton Thompson, Bill Rossnagle, Gene Rossnagle and Joe McCormick.
