Al's father,
Eberhard Fahrion was born at Wortenbrug, Germany, on May 15, 1883, and came to
American with his parents, at the age of seven years. The family came to
Minnesota and settled near White Bear. In 1914 he was married to Mary Chapman.
The family moved to Harris in 1920 and were residing there at the time of his
death on August 29, 1945. He had been ill for about two years prior to his
death. Eberhard and Mary had two sons, Finley (1916-1992) and Al.

They are
buried in St. Gregory's Catholic Cemetery, North Branch. On the headstone the
name is spelled FAHRRON. Mary Chapman Fahrion was born in 1881 and died in
1965.
