I orgininally had this Mary Tant married to Thomas Combs, William Morgan, and William Griggs. Linda Reno helped me refine my data reflected in its current standing; i.e. having a Mary (unknown surname) married first to Thomas Combs and second to the son of this William Morgan and his second wife, Anne. Anne was first married to William Chesham.

I don't know the gender of this author of these post-em notes, so I don't know the proper pronoun to use. The person who wrote these post-em's is wrong about all who was married to Mary and especially what was the surnames of the two Mary's s/he/it claims - Tennison and Craighill. One Mary Tennison was married to William Cheshire Jr. not William Chesham who would have been a contemporary of William Cheshire Sr. One Mary Craighill was married to Thomas Hatton Combs, not Thomas Combs. The Mary Tant married to John Manning was this one's niece. No indication given by s/he/it who was the Mary Tennison mentioned nor support given for the statements given as fact.

The wife of the men on this page [Thomas Combs, William Morgan, William Griggs] is not Mary Tant. Mary Tant was married to John Manning and is the mother of Mary Manning, Edward Morgan Sr's second wife. Mary Tennison was the wife of the men on this page.

Which is then contradicted by this Post-em by the same person, saying who was Mary Tennison in terms of her marriages, not parentage -- again.:

Two different William Morgans are being mixed here.
1. Mary Tennison married William Chesham before 1682, William Morgan before 1699, and William Griggs after June 1722 per probate records. The son of William Morgan and Mary Tennison married Mary Craighill before Oct 1722 per probate records for her first husband Thomas Coombs. William and Mary Craighill had three daughters, Ann, Mary and Sarah.
Another William Morgan married the widow of Robert Large.
