-to have the sum of 30 pounds to be put out at interest and to be paid to him when he arrives at age 21.
2. Peggy Magruder --granddaughter
-to have the sum of 30 pounds and testatrix's side saddles and also a little bay mare called "Suck" and to have when she arrives at age 16.
3. Benony Wade --son

-to have the rest and remainder of the estate to be divided equally between them and in case Richard should not ever come home" then the whole ofthe remainder to Benony.
