Death
Ruby L. FURR, 82, of Parkview Health Care Center, of Parkersburg WV, died Friday, Dec. 3, 1999, in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg. She was born May 22, 1917, in Petroleum, WV, a daughter of the late Harry and Ruth KOEHNLEIN HORNER. She retired from Emerson Bowling Lanes in 1989 after more than 10 years of service. Surviving are three sons, Ralph FURR of Lincolnton NC, Jim FURR of Parkersburg, and Bob FURR of Belpre OH; two daughters, Crystal DELANEY of Vienna, WV, and Patty POWELL of Coolsville OH; two sisters, Eudora DOOLEY and Ruth BYRD, both of Parkersburg; a brother, Loury HORNER of Little Hocking; seven grandchildren, a stepdaughter and six step-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husband, Gilbert FURR; and severalbrothers and sisters. Services were held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Don Seever officiating.
