Death
NUTTER FORT - Patricia Furr Hauman Stacy of Clarksburg passed away on July 20, 2012, and went to be with the two loves of her life who preceded her in death, her daughter Carol Diane Hauman Gordon and her son Paul Randall (Randy) Hauman. Patricia was born in Glenville, WV, the daughter of the late Irma Brannon Furr and Gilbert Furr. She was raised from infancy by her late aunt and uncle, Golda Furr Cain and George Cain, who were like her parents and provided her with a wonderful home. She is survived by her brother, Richard Furr; sister, Wilogene Swinehart; special friends, Kay Yohey and Mary Davis; and son-in-law, James Gordon. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Hauman; second husband, Joseph Stacy; brothers, Gilbert Furr Jr., Donald Furr, Harlan Furr and Willard Furr; and sister, Rose Postalwait. Patricia graduated from Glenville High School and attended Glenville State College. She worked at Stone and Thomas for 20 years as clerk and wedding planner. Patricia was Methodist by faith since a child attending Sunday School. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2012, at 1 p.m. with interment beside her family in the Meadow Lane Cemetery, Glenville, WV.
