On Saturday, February 1, 1985, at Northern Virginia Doctors Hospital, Aleene A. Smith, lifetime resident of Arlington; wife of the late Weldon Smith; loving mother of Susan Saragl, Alexandria, Va., and Barbara L. Tucker, Springfield, Va., sister of Alma Reed of Fairfax County, Va., also survived by four grandchildren. Friends may call at the IVES-PEARSON FUNERAL HOME, 2847 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va. on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, where services will be held on Tuesday, February 5, at 11am.
