Death

BALTIMORE. Aug. 29, Brooke E. Furr, former chairman of the State Standard Salary Board and vice president of McCormick & Co. died today. He was 47. Furr was born in Washington, D.C., but attended schools in Baltimore. He headed a special committee set up to study the accounting systems of several departments of State government.
