Mary A. Furr, 84 of Warrenton, VA died on May 6, 2012 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born in Fauquier Co., VA on April 10, 1928 the daughter of Berkeley and Rosie Haley Reid. She was predeceased by her  husband  Howard R. Furr,  a son Wayne Furr and granddaughter Melanie Furr. She was a member of the Warrenton Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her children Howard F. Furr and wife Ruth, Casanova, VA, Eugene C. Furr and wife Vicki, Moline, Il., Douglas E. Furr and wife Sharon, Culpeper, VA, Brenda M. Furr, Dumfries, VA, Melvin T. Furr, Warrenton, VA, daughter-in-law Rhonda Furr, Greenville, SC and sister Martha Mitchell, her husband Sam and their daughter Sharon, Warrenton, VA. Also 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA from 1-2PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 where services will be held at 2PM with Dr. Hurley R. Shortt officiating. Interment in Bright View Cemetery, Warrenton, VA.
